Santorini's has been named a Best of State winner every year from 2021 through 2026, recognized in the Informal Dining category for Greek food in Utah. Six consecutive years of showing up, doing the work, and letting the food speak for itself.

What Best of State Actually Means

Best of State judges on a 100-point system across three areas: 50 points for overall excellence, quality, and superiority of products or services; 30 points for creativity and how nominees differentiate themselves from the competition; and 20 points for contributions to the quality of life in their community and state.

That breakdown matters. Quality alone doesn't win this. You have to be creative and you have to give back. Santorini's has been doing all three for six years straight.
